This Quantum DLT tape IV stores 20GB native data and 40GB compressed and is black in color. The Quantum DLTtape family of half-inch cartridges are approved for use in all DLT tape drives and autoloaders. They feature a patented tape leader that ensures consistent tape motion, while a unique tape/reel locking mechanism prevents tape slack. The tape itself features a special high-grade metal particle formula that reduces tape and head wear.
