The Vario-Tessar lens is specially produced for compact cameras and provides rapid auto focus with appealing zoom range. Utilizing a highly transmissive optical grade prism, the lens is housed entirely inside the camera body, and does not need to extend for use. Advanced 'HAD' CCD Hole Accumulation Diode CCD technology - high quality Advanced HAD design CCD imager that reduces noise in the video signal to improve signal-to-noise ratio. Super SteadyShot Picture Stabilization This advanced version of Sony's SteadyShot system controls an even higher range of shake and vibration frequencies, to achieve an even higher level of smoothness, without degradation of video. 800x zoom If you need to get up close from a far distance, this camcorder comes with a 800x digital zoom.
