The 27-1/2" Half-Door Dual Temperature Reach-In (STA1DT-2HS) from True Food Service Equipment includes two self-contained, independent refrigeration systems that maintain foods at temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit in the refrigerated section and at -10 degrees in the freezer. The refrigeration equipment produces less heat, enhancing motor reliability. It’s top-mounted to maximize the cabinet space. The evaporator is coated with epoxy to resist corrosion and the freezer has an automatic defrost feature. Two exterior displays show the freezer and refrigerator temperatures. The unit’s self-closing doors will remain open at 120 degrees. Magnetic door gaskets can be removed by hand without any tools.
