This 31 cubic feet capacity heated holding cabinet is a reliable stainless steel constructed unit that is designed to hold temperatures of between 80 degrees and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with an external switch complete with a temperature regulation dial that allows the user to specify their heating requirements. It has the industry standard polyurethane insulation that is CFC-free and does not harm the environment in any way. Its solid steel doors are sealed and self-closing and can stay open at 120 degrees. It comes with low-velocity fans that ensure that there is even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet with no heat loss. External switches and temperature controls means that the 27-1/2" Full-Height Half-Door Heated Holding Cabinet (STA1H-2HS) can be totally controlled from the outside without need to keep opening and closing the unit. The stainless steel body of the cabinet is long lasting, easy to clean, and easy to maintain.
