The 35" Full-Height Roll-In Heated Holding Cabinet (STA1HRI-1S) from True Manufacturing achieves consistent temperatures throughout its interior through the use of low-velocity fans that are turned on and off by an exterior switch. The unit is meant to store warm food rather than to heat it. The cabinet features two 1,000-watt, stainless steel, finned-tube heating elements that ensure even heat distribution. The door has three cam-lift hinges that can open 180 degrees and stay open at 120 degrees, plus a magnetic gasket that can be removed for cleaning without the use of tools. Both the cabinet and door are insulated. The unit's interior features incandescent lighting that is operated by an exterior switch, and the temperature can be read on a color-coded exterior display.
