Choose from the 12,000 BTU High Speed burner, or two 6,000 BTU burners, or the 3,400 BTU burner for simmering and precision cooking. The stainless steel cooktop surface is composed of 304 quality stainless steel, steel created in a vacuum to keep oxygen and other ambient gases from creating imperfections.
