With the PolEvator just one technician using a simple drill can quickly and easily service or repair pole mounted domes and housings. Videolarm's unique, patented process allows work to be completed in a fraction of the time. No more expensive bucket trucks, or long lead times for service calls. The PolEvator requires less personnel for servicing and less time, making it much more cost-effective than traditional poles. And, since the tall ladders and lift equipment don't have to be used, safety concerns decrease. The PolEvator is a time, work, and money saver. The polevator requires less personnel for servicing and less time spent onsite, making it much more cost effective than traditional poles. The tall ladders and lift equipment don't have to be used, saftey concerns decrease. PV18 PV16 with 20" transformer base. Base includes NEMA box, terminal strip, 115 transformer and surge protection The PolEvator shall be constructed from extruded aluminum with a black powder coat finish, and shall be 4.75" square. The base plate shall be 12" x 12" and contain (4) 1" mounting holes based on an 11" bolt hole circle. The standard camera housing mounting plate shall be 7" x 3.5" with (4) 3/8-16 threaded inserts on a 5.5" x 2" rectangular mounting pattern. The maximum equipment loading shall be 35 lb. Lowering and raising shall be achieved by means of a 1" steel lead screw mounted inside the pole and rotated by means of a 9.6 v or higher drill attached to the lead screw by a flexible shaft. Access to the lowering/raising mechanism and wiring shall be through a built-in access door attached with security fasteners. Bearings for the mechanism shall be stainless steel or polymer. A rubber flap shall protect the mounting plate sled opening. The PV16 shall be 16.5' in height by 4.75" in width. The maximum lowered height shall be 5'; maximum raised height shall be 15.5' The PV16P may be mounted to an existing pole; the PV16W may be mounted to a wall. The high-fl ex cable shall include (1) RG179 coax cable, (2) 18-gauge wires for power, and (6) 24-gauge wires for control, options, or twisted pair. The PV16M high-fl ex cable shall include (2) RG179 coax cables and (6) 18-gauge wires for power and options. The PV18 shall be 18.1' in height by 4.75" in width. It shall be mounted upon a 20" aluminum transformer base which shall include NEMA box, terminal strip, 115-24 VAC step down transformer (rated at 3.5 amps), and surge protection. Power and data connections and one video input shall also be included. The maximum lowered height shall be 6.7'; maximum raised height shall be 17.2'. The high-fl ex cable shall include (1) RG179 coax cable, (2) 18-gauge wires for power, and (6) 24-gauge wires for control, options, or twisted pair. The PV18M high- fl ex cable shall include (2) RG179 coax cables and (6) 18-gauge wires for power and options.
